  1. Crystal says:

I thought you could pick one of these to do or answer.

    Word Problem:
A car and a bus set out at 2 p.m. from the same point, headed in the same direction. The average speed of the car is 30 mph slower than twice the speed of the bus. In two hours, the car is 20 miles ahead of the bus. Find the rate of the car.

    weird sister
    the black witches know that
the terror is not in the moon
    choreographing the dance of wereladies
and the terror is not the broom
swinging around to the hum of cat music
nor the wild clock face grinning from the wall,
the terror is in the plain pink
    at the window
and the hedges moral as fire
and the plain face of the white woman watching us
as she beats her ordinary bread.

  2. LilyG. says:

Wow. That couple’s marriage sounds doomed to success (not).

  3. Mike says:

    Quizzzzzzzzzzz…….

Instrumentals – I think you got a clean sweep.  Score 5/5.

    Lyrics:
Ain’t No Mountain High Enough – Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell (Stennie)
Jackson – Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash (Bet)
That Old Black Magic – Louis Prima and Keely Smith (stump, and I should dock Stennie points for guessing Almost Paradise)
Tramp – Carla Thomas and Otis Redding (stump)
Stumblin’ In – Suzi Quattro and Chris Norman (stump)
You Don’t Have To Be A Star (To Be In My Show) – Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr.

    So this round it’s:
    Bet – 6
    Stennie – 6

    After three rounds:
    Stennie – 14
Bet – 18 (after her giving up a point)

  4. Crystal says:

Why was the bride allowing the groom to act that way? I wouldn’t have put up with that for a second. Of course, I’m divorced so I’m not an expert.

  5. Krizzer says:

I do indeed tease Marla about her poor kazee skills every chance I get!
