Ha, Bet – the air fryer – that is so funny!! I just sent my mom this sign from El Arroyo (if you haven’t seen their signs yet, google it for a fun few minutes) that said “One minute you are young and wild and the next you’re into air fryers” We really like ours – haven’t done steak – but is the best way to cook potato wedges – yum – and to cook frozen taquitos 🙂
Stennie – that is both fascinating and freaky about the intelligent trees – had no idea about the mushrooms – I’m putting that on my list – I want to check that out.
Ladies – hope you both had a nice week – can’t believe almost May. My sadness for the week – my work is changing insurance as of July 1st – we just found this out – and I’m finding this extremely stressful thinking about all new doctors and getting medical records transferred. But counting my blessings that I have insurance – I know there worse things to worry about in the world!
