Thank goodness for the missive! Each week it comes as a surprise, which is somewhat embarrassing. I mean, you’ve only had this schedule for 10 years is it?
Stenns, have you considered trying a Happy Light for the winter depression? I have one and find it pretty helpful. Melatonin was recommended to me for SAD as well, but I don’t know how much or when you’re supposed to take it. I suppose there’s always Hawaii. Maybe we should all just go to there from mid-November to early March?

I also have a theory for why our pets follow us into the bathroom. Well, actually, mine is just about dogs. We’re with them everytime THEY go to the bathroom. So maybe they just think that’s how it’s done.
